Self-Assembled MoS2/ssDNA Nanostructures for the Capacitive Aptasensing of Acetamiprid Insecticide

The aim of this work is to detect acetamiprid using electrochemical capacitance spectroscopy, which widely used as a pesticide in agriculture and harmful humans. We have designed aptasensing platform based on the adsorption DNA aptamer lipoic acid-modified MoS2 nano-sheets. biosensor takes advantage high affinity single-stranded sequences stability nano-sheets assured by covalent attachment acid that forms self-assembled layer surface. exhibits excellent performances owing its large effective surface area making it interesting material for capacitive transduction system. impedance-derived varies with increasing concentrations can be attributed desorption from nanosheets facilitating ion diffusion into interlayers. developed device showed analytical detection impedance spectroscopy EIS- derived variation selectivity toward target presence other pesticides. Real sample analysis food stuff such tomatoes demonstrated open way their use monitoring contaminants tailoring aptamer.
